Context
Goldcrest Post Production is a London finishing facility. Films and high-end television series arrive from studios, streamers and independent producers, pass through colour, conform, VFX coordination and mastering, and leave as deliverables that have to meet a platform specification on a fixed date.
The challenge
Several projects run at once, each with its own client, creative team, vendors and specification.
My responsibility
As DI Producer I owned day-to-day client relationships, delivery plans and client satisfaction across concurrent film and high-end television projects.
How I approached it
I treated visibility as the job. A missed date is almost never someone failing to work.
